The room was spacious and comfy, really made our birthday feel special. We loved the happy hour with 3 drink tickets, a nice touch. Plus, the area has plenty of eateries within walking distance!
It wasn't inexpensive, but overall, we could deal with it.

It was based in really clean building in a good and stunning location, right in front of a fantastic water fountain. Easily reached The Buffet at Bellagio, located at a short distance from the hotel, had lunch/dinner there. We booked deluxe room and could use wake-up service, available in it. We had central heating, iron and ironing board, and a work desk in the room.

Really loved the beautiful, restored building and how spacious and cozy the rooms were. The staff were super friendly, and I appreciated the safety features like needing a key to access guest floors. The snacks and drinks were a nice touch too. Only bummer was the valet parking experience; a couple of them were a bit sluggish.

The hotel was exceptionally clean and staff were all professional. Got huge deluxe king room with comfy beds as expected, loved it. The accommodation had a central location to bars. Spent our evenings in nearby The Chocolate Bar enjoying drinks and atmosphere.

It was a hassle dealing with the snow. The valet couldn’t get our car, so I trudged through deep snow to get it myself. Getting stuck while trying to pick up my family was the worst part of the trip!

Temperature control was easy to adjust, ensuring a cozy environment. the location next to the elevators allowed noticeable noise from foot traffic and conversations in the busy lobby. While the decor was attractive, it felt a bit dated. Cleanliness was good in essential areas like the carpet; however, a few corners in the bathroom needed attention. Valet service was friendly and efficient, though daily parking costs were the highest of our trip. the room was great value for the price.
